At Foundever, we are looking for Danish & English Customer Support Agents to join an on‑site project in Seville, supporting a leading company specialized in electronic device warranties and insurance.

🎯 Your role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing warranty and insurance coverage for electronic devices.
• Handling customer incidents, questions, and claims with empathy and accuracy.
• Providing high‑quality service in Danish, using English as a working language.
• Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at every interaction.

• 🕒 39 hours per week, 5 working days:
  - Monday to Friday: 9:00 – 17:00
• 💰 22,000 € gross per year.

🧩 What we are looking for

• Native or bilingual Danish level.
• Advanced English level (minimum B2).
• Customer‑focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is valuable but not mandatory.
• Ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Availability to work on‑site in Seville.
