Operations & Support Specialist – Tarragona

Role Description The Operations & Support Specialist – Tarragona is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality support for internal teams and customers. This role includes monitoring and optimizing operational processes, coordinating resources, and assisting with the implementation of new procedures and tools. The specialist will respond to support inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to resolve problems promptly. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports, and supporting small-scale projects from planning through execution. The position is based at iRemotech’s facilities in Tarragona and requires close coordination with cross-functional stakeholders to meet service and performance targets.

• Experience in support or operations roles, preferably in a technology or services environment.
• Ability to work on-site in Tarragona, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools; familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Relevant vocational training or a bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantage.
