We’re partnering with a fast-growing global technology company to find a highly experienced Talent Management professional who wants to make a significant impact as a senior individual contributor.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with an exceptionally strong AI-first culture, where experimentation, automation and building new solutions are actively encouraged.

The role

You will lead strategic initiatives across four connected areas:

• Career development and performance management
• Talent and leadership development
• AI-enabled transformation of People practices
• Compensation programs, including incentives and stock options

This is not a traditional HR role. You will help rethink how talent practices should operate in an AI-native, globally scaling company—challenging established approaches, building practical solutions and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has significant experience leading both talent management and talent development
• Has operated at Head of Talent, Talent Director or equivalent level
• Is now excited to return to a high-impact individual-contributor role
• Can contribute immediately, bringing strong judgment and established expertise
• Navigates complex senior stakeholders confidently and diplomatically
• Knows when to challenge, when to adapt and how to build internal support for new ideas
• Is genuinely AI-fluent and eager to redesign how People teams work
• Has a builder mindset: if the right tool does not exist, you will find a way to create it
• Is comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, global environment

Knowledge of incentive structures, equity or stock-option programs is valuable but not essential. Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is also welcome, although it is not a core requirement.

This role would be particularly compelling for someone who sees the potential of AI to transform talent management but has not had the freedom or organizational support to pursue that vision fully.
