French & English | Teleoperador/a – Customer Service Hotel Bookings

Are you a French native speaker with a passion for the hospitality industry?
At Foundever, we offer you the opportunity to join an international hotel management project, working with the French market as a Premium Customer Service Representative,

🌍 Your impact in this role

• Manage and support French-speaking clients within an international hotel environment.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience, balancing service excellence and commercial results.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, suppliers and internal teams.
• Act as a brand ambassador for a recognized hotel group.

What we offer

• 💰 Gross monthly salary: €1,635.33.
• 📄 Initial 5-month contract + 4-month extension, with real potential for permanence.
• 🕒 Full-time (39 hours/week).
• 8-hour shifts between 08:00 and 22:00 (assigned after training).
• 🎓 On-site initial training (09:00–18:00) in our Málaga city center offices.
• 🏢 100% on-site position, with hybrid model (2 days remote/week) after successful learning curve.
• 🌍 Exposure to a multicultural, international project with long-term vision.

🎯 Who we are looking for

• 🇫🇷 Native or C2-level French (essential for daily market management).
• 🇬🇧 Advanced English (minimum B2, C1 preferred).
• 💼 Previous sales experience (essential).
• 🧳 Background in hospitality, tourism or international customer service (highly valued).
• 📍 Residence in Málaga or nearby areas, or willingness to relocate.
• Strong ability to work in dynamic, international environments.
