Are you a PPC / Paid Search Specialist looking for your next challenge in an international environment?

Join Avis Budget Group and become part of our new Paid Search team in Barcelona, managing campaigns across the US and Canada for our Car Rental, Truck Rental and Small Business businesses.

Your mission:

You’ll be hands-on with PPC campaigns, driving day-to-day execution, optimization and performance across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.

You’ll work with:

Campaign setup & optimization

Keywords, bids, ad copy & extensions

Search Query Report (SQR) analysis

A/B testing & audience management

Performance reporting & data analysis

GDN, YouTube & Demand Gen campaigns

Budget tracking & campaign pacing

What we’re looking for:

2+ years of hands-on Paid Search experience

Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Microsoft Ads

Working knowledge of SA360

Strong analytical and optimization skills

Experience with SQR analysis & keyword management

Familiarity with GA4, CM360 or Adobe Analytics

Native or fluent English

Detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable managing multiple campaigns

Experience with Google Ads Scripts, SQL, JavaScript, Looker Studio, automation, CRO or e-commerce is a plus!

What we offer:

€28K–€32K + bonus

Permanent contract | 39h/week

Hybrid model – just 1 day per week in the office

10:00–19:00
