People Attraction Specialist (m/f/D)

Your Tasks

As part of our growth, we are looking for a People Attraction Specialist (m/f/d) to give support to the recruitment area in P&C department performing the following key tasks:

• End-to-end recruitment process for all the companies within Nordex Group in Spain
• Job posting, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and drafting job offers
• STAR method interviews and other recruiting methods to hire the best talented candidates
• Drafting Job offers, negotiating conditions
• Reporting the KPIs
• Giving the support needed when participating in events and Fairs relative to employer branding or Job promotions
  
  

Your Profile

• University Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Master in Human Resources or similar will be a plus
• 5+ years of Seniority
• Proficiency in English, German will be a plus
• Office package is needed
• SuccessFactors recruitment module is a plus
