Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Housekeeping to join a fantastic 80m private M/Y, based in the Med.

• Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a similar role, either as Head of Head or perhaps 3/2nd Stewardess, along with several years of experience in the yachting industry.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and high housekeeping standards.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the confidence to manage the housekeeping department during guest trips.
• A proactive, positive attitude and the flexibility to assist at the owner's land-based properties when required.
• The owners are interactive and place a strong emphasis on crew fitness, often involving crew members in daily exercise activities, so a candidate who enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle would fit in well.
• Competitive salary package
• 90 days leave (currently unstructured)
• Start date: within the next couple of weeks in Europe
