Project Scheduler

At CORUS , we are looking for a Project Scheduler to join our team on a strategic international regulatory transformation project.

Location: Barcelona or Madrid (1–2 days per week at the office).

The Programme Scheduler develops and manages the integrated master schedule across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-region transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, update integrated programme schedules (Microsoft Project).
• Consolidate plans from multiple suppliers, regions and internal teams into a single master plan, resolving overlaps and gaps.
• Identify, map and manage interdependencies across projects, vendors and regions.
• Perform critical path analysis across the consolidated plan.
• Monitor plans against baseline and flag variance, slippage and risk to schedule.
• Build and manage work breakdown structures (WBS).
• Define project tasks, milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare and distribute schedule reports for programme governance.
• Operate as a central coordination point across suppliers, the Programme Director, PMO and business units.

You should have:

• 5+ years in programme/project scheduling on large, complex programmes.
• Microsoft Project, advanced level; demonstrably strong, technically excellent.
• Proven experience creating plans from multiple different teams and integrating them into a single master plan, and running interdependencies across them.
• Microsoft Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint.
• PMO experience.
• Excellent English (written and spoken), essential given the multi-region, multi-vendor coordination.
• Multi-vendor / multi-supplier programme environment experience is an advantage.
• Some IT background is an advantage — enough to converse credibly with technical teams; deep technical understanding is not required.
• Experience in mainframe / software transformation contexts.
