IT Recruiter / Sourcer - Alicante - English

IT recruiter / IT recruitment / Sourcer consultant - Alicante office. Fluent English required.

From our Alicante and Belgian and Luxembourg offices, our recruitment department is responsible for supplying the best-fitting candidates to the requests coming from the European Institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, etc.); United Nations and clients in the local public and private sector, with who we have existing framework agreements (mainly in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, UK and Luxembourg).

As we are growing, and therefore receive an increasing amount of requests to place our consultants, we are looking to grow our high-volume recruitment department in Alicante.
As an IT recruiter, your role will be to source the best fitting candidate for each request, coming directly from the our clients.

Your day to day role will be:

• Sourcing candidates via internal and external CV databases;
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards;
• Use social media like LinkedIn, Twitter to engage candidates and be the employer of choice;
• Screen and analyze incoming CV's from applicants;
• Conduct interviews, face to face and / or by phone;
• Follow up the recruitment process;
• Prepare CV's to send to our clients;
• Update and maintain our database;

Your profile:

• You are business savvy / have a sound business acumen to make quick decisions;
• You are creative in finding the best candidates for each position;
• You are able to work on multiple requests at the same time, with tight deadlines;
• You are able to prioritize tasks and shift between tasks quickly when needed;
• Experience as a recruiter would be an asset, ideally in IT;
• You can have to-the-point telephone conversations and can negotiate salaries / daily rates with candidates without hesitations;
• You are a self-starter and take initiative to reach common goals;
• You speak fluent English (C1, C2. English is the main language in our work).
• You fit in our ambitious, driven recruitment team.
