Role Profile

The EU Reward, MI & HR Systems Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating key operational and governance-focused People Centres of Expertise across Admiral’s European businesses, covering Reward, Management Information (MI), and HR Systems.

Operating across Spain, Italy, and France within a cross-border European model, the role ensures Group frameworks are effectively translated into practical regional delivery, balancing consistency, compliance, operational efficiency, and local market requirements.

Reporting into the Head of EU People, with a dotted line to Group Reward Director, and also a working relationship with the Group People Operations and Services Director. The role acts as the European lead for reward governance, workforce data and MI, and HR systems adoption and optimisation.



The role will support the continued evolution of the European operating model by enabling:

  • Greater consistency and governance across reward and people processes
  • Stronger workforce data, reporting, and decision-making capability
  • Effective implementation and optimisation of Group HR systems
  • Improved operational efficiency, automation, and scalable People processes across Europe

Key Responsibilities

  • Adapt and implement Group reward frameworks, compensation, and benefits approaches across Spain, Italy, and France in line with local legal and market requirements
  • Coordinate annual reward cycles, salary reviews, bonus processes, and incentive programmes in partnership with People Partners and Payroll teams
  • Implement and maintain Group grading, levelling, and job evaluation frameworks to support consistency and equity across markets
  • Support delivery of Group STIP and share-based reward programmes across Europe
  • Lead local-to-Group workforce data and MI processes, ensuring reporting supports both local and enterprise decision-making
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and digital adoption in partnership with Group People Operations and Services teams
  • Commission and integrate specialist support from Group Centres of Expertise where required

Requirements:

  • Must have:
  • Experience within Reward and HR Systems, MI, and generalist HR knowledge within complex, matrixed organisations
  • Reward and compensation programme management
  • Strong understanding of reward governance, HR systems, and workforce data
  • Strong analytical capability and attention to operational detail
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • English mandatory; one between Spanish, French and Italian mandatory.

  • Experience balancing Group consistency with local market and regulatory requirements
