Role Overview

Talent Acquisition are strategic members of the HR team who partner with hiring managers to ensure the business recruits the best candidates in the market. You will ensure that we prioritise quality over quantity, and that your approach is personalised and ensures an unparalleled candidate experience.

The type of person who will excel in this role is someone who is process driven, highly communicative, proactive in their work, and has an interest in mobile games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with Hiring Managers and Studio leads, advising on best practices and strategies to ensure we provide an exceptional in-house service.
  • Providing an industry-leading candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring that the business is in a strong position to hire and onboard high-value talent.
  • Maintaining data across our Applicant Tracking System, Requisition Tracker, Linkedin Projects and Job Briefing records.
  • Supporting recruitment for a number of departments across our growing business, including creative, technical, operational, commercial and marketing roles.
  • Implementing processes that connect our candidates, hiring managers and HR teams to ensure we can hire the best talent in a quick, collaborative, and engaging manner.
  • Engaging with the best talent directly, leveraging our EVP and employer brand, minimising agency spend.
  • Learning about our competitors, mapping where external talent is and benchmarking to ensure a competitive offer.
  • Create & update talent maps across hard-to-hire, technical, strategic and operational disciplines.
  • Proactively seeking out ways to improve the workflows and systems. Coming up with ideas and solutions.
  • Supporting wider projects that add value to the business such as employer brand strategy, external events, systems, tools and technology transformations as well as enhancing our data and analytics.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems and other standard aspects of Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for technical and hard to fill roles.
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Russian; clear, professional communication.
  • Adaptive communicator, able to adjust style to suit different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management with consistent, clear updates.
  • Confident on video calls, engaging with both stakeholders and candidates.
  • Be able to tell a good story and sell the company.
  • Genuine desire to build strong relationships across the business.
  • Trustworthy and credible, building strong, supportive relationships.
  • Inquisitive mindset, naturally curious, asking insightful questions to understand people.
  • Good judgement in making objective decisions based on business needs and gathered insights.
  • Organised and methodical. Structured in your approach to work.
  • Proactive mindset, be someone who seeks out new tasks and identifies improvements, potential problems and solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently on confidential projects when needed.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, staying flexible and adaptable.
  • Quick to learn and apply new information effectively.
  • Strong interest in multiple business areas.
  • Genuine interest in Mobile Games and staying on top of industry trends.
