We are looking for a Business Leader EMEA to translate global product strategy into tailored regional execution across EMEA, ensuring alignment with country-specific market needs and business priorities.

This role will focus on driving the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritising customer and market requirements, and working closely with Sales, Customer Care, Professional Affairs and other support teams to deliver revenue growth, customer satisfaction and successful market execution.

What you will do: Develop and execute brand strategy: Build comprehensive brand strategies aligned with global objectives and adapted to EMEA market needs.

Manage the product portfolio: Lead the product lifecycle from development and launch to performance analysis, optimisation and continuous improvement.

Use market insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics, translating insights into product and marketing strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product development, sales, supply chain, Customer Care and Professional Affairs teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.

Define product positioning: Shape value propositions and positioning that clearly differentiate products in the market.

Drive brand messaging: Create compelling, consistent messaging across marketing channels and customer touchpoints.

Track performance: Monitor marketing campaign and product sales performance, using data to adjust strategies and meet business goals.

Identify growth opportunities: Explore opportunities for market expansion across EMEA, both geographically and through portfolio development.

Enhance customer engagement: Gather customer feedback and use insights to improve product offerings and customer experience.

What we are looking for: Academic qualification: Bachelor's degree in Optometry, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.

Knowledge and skills: Strong understanding of vision care products, especially contact lenses, as well as market dynamics and industry trends.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable business and marketing plans.

Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and software, including SFDC.

Leadership capability and experience working effectively across teams and functions.

Ability to interpret data, understand market dynamics and convert analysis into clear recommendations.

Strong influencing skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across EMEA.

Positive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Fluent English plus another European language.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar product management, marketing or sales role.

Experience In Eyecare And/or Medical Devices Is Preferred.

Experience working in a pan-European or regional EMEA function.

Proven experience managing brands through the development and deployment of brand strategy and tactics.
