Property Sales Consultant | Marbella | Strong Earning Potential

We are growing at Roccabox Property Group and looking for someone who already has some sales experience and wants to step into property.

This is not an entry level role, but you do not need years in real estate.

If you are confident on the phone, good with people and know how to move conversations forward, you will do well here.

The Role

You will be speaking to buyers, qualifying enquiries, booking and attending viewings, and working deals through to completion.

You will be expected to manage your pipeline properly and stay on top of follow ups.

There is support around you, but you need to be able to operate independently.

Previous sales or client facing experience

Confident and comfortable on the phone

Good communication and able to build trust quickly

Organised and consistent with follow up

Fluent English, additional languages help

Driving licence

Real Estate Experience Is a Plus, But Not Essential.
