What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple teams simultaneously, whilst also being capable of working independently when required
• Fluent Spanish & intermediate/fluent English
• Ability to work to deadlines and achieve targets
• Excellent attention to detail
• A full and valid EU driving licence

What you will do in the role:

• Take Responsibility - Supervision of our aircraft turnaround and ensure a safe, efficient process that meets our on-time performance targets
• Be Present – Perform pre-flight check requirements, prepare accurate loading documentation and operate all equipment in a safe manner, maintaining a clear and safe working environment
• Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of an effective and friendly service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values
• Work as One Team - Work in partnership with internal colleagues and internal partners including Ground Operations colleagues, third party providers and our Flight Deck and Cabin Crew Teams
