About the Role

We are looking for a Tourism Technician to join our Reservations Department. This is a back-office role focused on the end-to-end operational management of bookings, requiring the level of accuracy and attention to detail you have already developed within a tour operator or travel agency environment.


You are the person who ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes: the technical expert who solves problems and turns every booking into a memorable travel experience. Working closely with our Travel Partners, who interact directly with travellers, you will provide the technical expertise that underpins every reservation..


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing bookings, including creation, modifications and cancellations;

  • Providing support to Travel Partners;

  • Liaising with suppliers;

  • Managing flight reservations through GDS systems (preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo);

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Higher education qualification in Tourism or a related field (preferred);

  • Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in a similar role (mandatory);

  • A genuine interest in the tourism industry;

  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Dynamic, confident and enthusiastic personality;

  • Strong organisational skills and customer-focused mindset.
