We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Technology Hub in Alicante. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping how quality is measured, understood, and improved across our technology organization.

Location: Alicante (Hybrid model)

The Opportunity:

This role goes beyond traditional Quality Analytics. You will act as a key driver of Quality Intelligence, transforming data and metrics into actionable insights that directly impact engineering performance and product quality.

You will also play a leading role in introducing and scaling AI-driven initiatives within the quality domain, becoming a reference point for innovation in this space.

As part of a Technology Hub in full development, you will have the opportunity to shape processes, define best practices, and influence how data and AI are leveraged across teams. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility and growth potential.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

Quality Intelligence & Analytics

• Analyze quality metrics (defects, test coverage, flakiness, MTTR, pipelines) to detect patterns and improvement opportunities
• Build clear, actionable dashboards in Power BI for engineering and quality teams
• Develop data storytelling to explain the impact of quality and efficiency

Data & AI-Driven Innovation

• Lead and contribute to AI-driven initiatives applied to quality metrics and decision-making
• Explore and implement new ways of leveraging data and AI to improve quality processes
• Act as a reference point within the hub for data and AI applied to Quality Engineering

Impact & Stakeholder Management

• Translate insights into concrete recommendations and actions
• Collaborate with QA teams, senior engineers, and service management
• Define new metrics and support ROI measurement for quality initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT, ideally within QA, data, or engineering environments
• Experience working with quality metrics and software testing environments
• Strong experience with Power BI for dashboarding and data visualization
• Experience with Node.js for data manipulation / ETL processes
• Knowledge of MongoDB and data extraction techniques
• Good understanding of AI applied to data analysis and decision-making
• Fluent English (B2+)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python, R, or advanced SQL
• Exposure to data engineering concepts and pipelines
• Experience with observability or advanced metrics tools
• Background in complex or cross-functional tech environments
