What You´ll Do

  • Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing/acquire new customers
  • Executes customer roadmap and manages/closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities
  • Executes pricing actions
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors
  • Provides input to manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory
  • Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials/(re)solve customer requests and complaints
  • Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory/at defined account
  • Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals
  • Monitors competitor activities, pricing, positioning
  • Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance

What makes you a good fit

  • Living area in North West of Spain mandatory (Lugo, La Coruna, Asturias area)
  • Ability to work the majority of working time in the field (70-80%) with B2B industrial customers
  • Experience in Sales industry (chemistry, adhesives, metal, etc.)
  • Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemicals or a similar technical field, with chemical knowledge
  • Fluent Spanish, upper intermediate English (Portuguese is only a plus)
  • Demonstrated interest in selling innovative surface treatment solutions in various B2B industries
  • Trustworthy and relationship builder in a technical environment
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experienced in MS Office, (Power BI and SAP is a plus)
