Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will play a key role in the technical implementation and customization of the ServiceNow ITSM platform, supporting solution design and ensuring that the platform follows ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configuration and development within a domain separated ServiceNow instance
- Development of business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies
- Support of ServiceNow integrations with external systems
- Participation in technical design discussions
- Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
- Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
- Deep knowledge of ITSM processes
- Experience with domain separated ServiceNow environments
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
- CSA – mandatory
- CIS ITSM – recommended
- English – professional working proficiency
- German – nice to have (project environment is German-speaking)
