Who We Are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

As a Internal Communications Specialist, you are responsible for managing PowerCo´s communication with internal stakeholders.

What You Bring To The Team

• Participation in the creation and ongoing updating of PowerCo's internal communications strategy
• Ensure implementation of the internal communication strategy
• Content management: promote new and engaging content for existing internal communications channels into the appropiate formats
• Identification of contemporary internal communications channels
• Creation of communication materials (e.g. texts, images, videos, etc.)
• Active support in company projects that require internal communication measures towards employees
• Coordination of internal events and job fairs
• Support in managing external agencies for selected projects
  
  

What Makes You Stand Out

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations or marketing.
• 3 years of experience in the area
• Demonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
