We are looking for an Associate Category Manager – Energy to drive sourcing strategies, ensure supply resilience, and accelerate our sustainability agenda across Europe, the Middle East & Africa.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute regional energy sourcing strategies (electricity, gas, green energy, VPPA, industrial gases)
• Partner with Business leaders on pricing, hedging, and market risk management
• Collaborate with Operations to reduce CO₂ footprint and support sustainability goals
• Manage ~€85M spend, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, and innovation
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships (SRM) and drive strategic projects
• Provide market insights and stakeholder communication across functions
  
  

What you bring

• Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
• ~4+ years in procurement / category management / services sourcing
• Strong financial and market analysis skills (ideally exposure to energy/commodities)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Fluent English
