Are you our new Dispatcher?

In this role you will ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to our passengers. You will be based at ALC Airport, but some travel may be required to support operations around our network. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to gain experience, contribute to a positive work environment, and work flexible hours throughout the summer months.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For

Ensure that all flights are organised and handled in a safe, efficient and professional manner in accordance with the General Operations Manual, Operations Specifications and Company SOP Manual.

Assist with aircraft handling to include coordination of fuel, catering, hangar, aircraft cleaning, after-hours services or other services as required, including but not limited to airport slots, customs and border overflight requests.

Follow Norwegian Operational standards and procedures

Track trip movements and monitor for flight diversions/irregular operational concerns and escalate effectively to supervisory staff as required.

Provide occasional quotes to industry customers via telephone, email or online system.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Strictly follow procedures to ensure the safety of passengers, colleagues and aircraft always.

Carry Out Other Duties As Required

You are our ideal candidate if:

Experience in a customer service role within service/travel industry.

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong customer focus.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours.

No criminal record.

Valid Class B driver's licence. (Class D driver's licence is an advantage)
