About the role

We are looking for a Creative Producer with strong experience in the skincare and fashion industry to lead the conceptualization, production, and execution of 360° creative campaigns. This person will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into high-impact visual productions, ensuring aesthetic consistency, executional excellence, and brand coherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for skincare and fashion campaigns (digital, social, e-commerce, PR, and branded content).


• Lead the production of photoshoots, audiovisual campaigns, and editorial content.


• Coordinate creative and post-production teams, as well as photographers, art directors, stylists, makeup artists, models, and external vendors.


• Act as a point of contact for clients at certain stages of the project, ensuring smooth, clear communication aligned with brand objectives.


• Translate brand insights and beauty/fashion trends into relevant and innovative visual narratives.


• Create and manage production budgets, with ongoing monitoring to ensure margin compliance, cost efficiency, and resource optimization.


• Oversee visual and aesthetic quality across all content deliverables.


• Research trends in skincare, beauty tech, and fashion to drive creative innovation.


• Actively contribute to the growth and evolution of the creative department by bringing ideas, process improvements, and strategic vision.


• Work with agility in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience as a Creative Producer, Art Producer, or in similar roles within beauty, skincare, fashion, or premium lifestyle.


• Proven experience in brand campaign production (photoshoots, video, digital campaigns).


• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, fashion trends, and contemporary visual culture.


• High level of project management skills in fast-paced, evolving environments.


• Experience working with clients and managing feedback.


• Strong aesthetic judgment and visual sensibility.


• Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation.


• Advanced English (preferred).


• Proficiency in production/project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, Google Workspace, etc.).

• Experience in social-first content production (TikTok / Instagram Reels).
