Job description

We are looking for a Night Receptionist for a hostel in Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter. If you have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in dynamic environments and are looking for job stability in a night shift position, this could be a great opportunity for you.

The selected candidate will be responsible for guest service and front desk management during the night shift, ensuring a positive, safe and welcoming experience for all guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; previous experience in hostels or tourist accommodation will be highly valued
• Responsible, proactive and well-organized person
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently during the night shift
• Advanced level of English is essential
• French level B1 or B2 is required / highly valued
