About The Role

We're looking for experienced threat intelligence professionals to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI systems. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and your real-world expertise in adversary behavior, CTI workflows, and attack analysis will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about cybersecurity threats.

This isn't a typical analyst role. You'll be working at the intersection of cybersecurity and frontier AI, bringing domain credibility that no dataset can fake.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and classify threat reports, adversary campaigns, and attacker behavior patterns
• Evaluate indicators of compromise (IOCs), TTPs, and end-to-end attack narratives for accuracy and realism
• Generate, structure, and validate threat intelligence data used to train and benchmark AI models
• Review AI-generated cybersecurity outputs and flag inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or unrealistic content
• Apply your knowledge of real-world threat actor behavior to distinguish signal from noise
  
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in threat intelligence, SOC operations, or security analysis
• Familiar with MITRE ATT&CK, OSINT collection methodologies, or CTI workflows
• Able to critically evaluate attacker behavior and identify fabricated or inaccurate threat data
• Strong analytical and written communication skills — you can explain complex threats clearly
• Self-directed and comfortable working asynchronously on task-based assignments
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience writing threat intelligence reports or producing finished intelligence products
• Background in malware analysis, incident response, or red team operations
• Familiarity with AI systems or previous experience in AI data evaluation
