Admissions and Growth Coordinator AESA International School System Barcelona, Spain | Full-time | On-Site | 10:00 to 18:00 The AESA International School System is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Admissions and Growth Coordinator to support the continued growth of both AESA Prep Academy of Barcelona and AESA Prep International. We are looking for someone who can combine enrollment management, systems thinking, relationship-building, and operational discipline to help professionalize and scale our enrollment and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning processes, building structure, communicating with international families and partners, and helping create the systems that support long-term growth. Role Overview The Admissions and Growth Coordinator will oversee admissions operations while also supporting strategic growth initiatives such as partnerships, outreach, CRM implementation, and enrollment infrastructure development. This role combines: admissions management CRM and pipeline ownership relationship development enrollment analytics outreach coordination growth support The position reports directly to the Director of Operations and works closely with school leadership. Key Responsibilities Enrollment & Admissions Manage prospective student inquiries from first contact through enrollment Coordinate tours, meetings, and admissions follow-up Maintain strong response times and follow-up discipline Track applicants through the admissions funnel Coordinate enrollment documentation and onboarding CRM & Enrollment Infrastructure Help implement and manage a CRM system Build structured admissions workflows and tracking systems Maintain pipeline visibility and reporting dashboards Track conversion rates and lead sources Partnerships & Growth Support outreach to sports academies, educational partners, and relocation consultants Help build and maintain strategic partnerships Support enrollment growth initiatives for both campus and online programs Growth Coordination Coordinate admissions-related communications and outreach Help maintain consistent marketing and content workflows Coordinate with freelancers or interns when needed What We Are Looking For Required Strong organizational skills Impeccable communication skills in English and Spanish Professional and proactive mindset Experience managing workflows, pipelines, or client-facing processes Comfort working independently and taking ownership Strongly Preferred Experience in admissions, enrollment, education, customer success, partnerships, or related fields CRM experience International education experience Catalan proficiency Familiarity with basic AI tools What Success Looks Like Success in this role includes: Building a structured and scalable admissions process Improving inquiry follow-up and conversion rates Supporting enrollment growth Helping establish strong partnership pipelines Creating operational clarity and reporting systems Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and profile.
