What You Will Do
- Define and manage the implementation of the real estate strategy for asset development, ensuring the economic profitability of operations and alignment with the company’s leasing policy.
- Coordinate and execute international real estate transactions, including acquisition, divestment, leasing, and development processes.
- Develop programs for asset enhancement and value creation (new construction, acquisition, improvement, refurbishment, maintenance), validate them or submit them for approval to the appropriate commitment committees depending on the committed amount, and ensure their execution.
- Participate in the company’s real estate asset purchasing policy (monitor contracts, manage and optimize them); oversee the activities of service providers and ensure compliance with specifications in terms of service quality, costs, and deadlines.
- University degree related to the Real Estate sector (Law, Business Administration, Technical Architecture, Engineering, or similar).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to real estate operations in national/international industrial environments.
- Proven experience in asset profitability analysis, due diligence, and execution of complex contracts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- High level of English proficiency.
