Your Tasks

Your Tasks
- Assisting in creating job postings and advertisements to attract candidates.
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings.
- Coordinating interviews and scheduling with hiring managers.
- Assisting in interview preparation and candidate evaluation.
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings.
- Supporting the preparation of job offers and employment contracts.
- Assisting in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Complementary Training: Master’s degree in human resources and Success Factors or SAP ERP knowledge will be a plus.
- Advanced professional English skills.
