You support our team as

Production Supervisor (F/M/D)

Responsibilities

  • Shift Supervisor (three shifts rotation).
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment.
  • Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff.
  • Maintain production and attendance records and keep KPI's on the defined level.
  • Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance.
  • Motivate and develop a cohesive production team.
  • Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline, minimum.
  • 5+ years of production experience.
  • Excellent communication skills with very strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Lean Manufacturing (or similar process) skills required with proven ability to lead and drive this type of program in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong ability to coach employee’s and manage employee conflicts. Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and able to put ideas into tangible form.
  • Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize & manage multiple responsibilities to critical project disciplined collaboration.
  • Excellence in Execution.
  • Innovative Development through review and re-design of own area.
