EHS Engineer

Hexcel is seeking an HSE Engineer for our Parla location (Spain).

The selected individual will be responsible for, but not limited, to the following obligations:

• Waste management. Documentation control and contact with logistics and the external company in waste management.
• Support HSE in ISO 14001 audits and internal audits.
• Deliver different HSE regular training: onboarding, emergency, LOTO, and confined spaces.
• Main contact with Production and Maintenance to coordinate different mandatory external trainings: forklifts, ATEX, platforms, hoists….
• Support HSE in NM reporting and solutions, Safety committee meetings, in standards implementation, and corporate internal audits.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Degree in Chemistry or Engineering and Official Qualification in HSE and experience as trainer in HSE matters.
• Good knowledge of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.…
• At least two years experience in similar positions in industrial environments.
• English speaking, high level of teamwork/organization and communication skills.
• Advanced level in data softwares and concern for continuous process improvement.
