Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented, and customer-focused individual to fill a hybrid role that combines hotel front desk responsibilities with guest support for vacation rentals. This person will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and high-quality guest experience across all our properties.


Work schedule:

  • 2 days per week as a front desk agent at Hotel Emeté (Las Canteras) Simultaneously, this person will manage daily guest communication for our vacation rental properties.
  • 2 days per week as a front desk agent at Bandama Golf Hotel

 

Responsibilities:

  • In-person front desk duties at both hotels: check-in, check-out, answering calls and guest queries, basic administrative tasks.
  • Managing guest communication for vacation rentals: responding to questions, handling issues, special requests, and follow-ups via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
  • Coordinating with the housekeeping team to ensure all units are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
  • Supporting the control of check-ins/outs, key assignments, payment tracking, and updates in the reservation system.
  • Maintaining smooth communication with the operations team to resolve any incidents quickly.
  • Ensuring Airnest’s quality and hospitality standards are met across all properties.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in hotel reception, customer service, or vacation rental management.
  • Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, PMS, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Driver’s license

 

Preferred:

  • Prior knowledge of boutique hospitality and/or vacation rental operations.
  • Experience in cleaning coordination and daily operations.
