We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Translator to support a major implementation project. What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Translator who will support cross-functional teams by providing high-quality, timely translations (English Spanish) of documentation, communications, training materials, and live sessions related to a key system implementation in the EMEA region.

You Will

• Support live translation needs during workshops, training sessions, meetings or presentations (simultaneous or consecutive).
• Ensure consistency of terminology and tone across all project materials.
• Collaborate with project leads, functional experts and trainers to ensure accurate understanding and translation of concepts.
• Adapt materials to the appropriate audience (technical, administrative, end-users).
• Translate project documentation (procedures, user manuals, technical documents, etc.) from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive project information.
• Track progress of translation tasks and support version control of documents.
• Work closely with the Change Management and Communications teams to support employee engagement.
  
  

The Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional translation or interpretation.
• Strong familiarity with technical or IT project vocabulary (e.g., SAP, ERP, software rollouts).
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills in both languages.
• Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
• High attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common translation tools (e.g., SDL Trados, DeepL, MemoQ).
• Must be able to work on-site in Pamplona, Spain.
  
  

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting large-scale implementation or transformation projects.
• Familiarity with SAP terminology and project lifecycle stages.
• Basic knowledge of project management and document control practices.
• Experience in simultaneous interpretation is a strong plus.
