Tomorrowland is expanding its activities to Ibiza and is therefore looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead all human resources operations and talent strategies. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new project on the island, where people, culture, and creativity come together to create unforgettable experiences.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be essential in building a strong and motivated team that delivers exceptional service.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will be essential in building a strong and motivated team that delivers exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Tomorrowland HQ, to ensure alignment with the Tomorrowland brand.
- At least 10 years of HR management experience in medium-sized or larger organizations (100+ employees), preferably in hospitality and leisure (hotels, restaurants, etc.).
- Experience with scaling or growing startup organizations is a plus.
- Experience in organizing international castings.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a must.
