We are looking for a Product Owner within the IT team that provides service to the Administration, Finance & Legal business areas. As a Product Owner at Verisure, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our billing information systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and enhance our financial processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap for financial processes and applications, incorporating feature requests and aligning with business goals.
Backlog Management: Groom and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most valuable features are delivered first.
User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Administration & Financial Business, the Tech Organization, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the billing solution meets their needs.
Sprint Planning: Plan and coordinate sprints, setting clear goals and ensuring timely delivery of features.
Release Management: Oversee the release process, ensuring smooth rollouts and minimal disruption to billing operations.
+5 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management, preferably with Billing or related systems.
+3 years collaborating and executing product backlogs with technical development teams and other IT areas.
+3 years as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Financial, or a related field.
Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory.
Strong understanding of Billing processes, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Knowledge/Experience with Billing systems (I.e. ARIA integrations), SQL Server and Sybase databases, Azure ecosystem are a plus.
Knowledge/Experience with Agile tools (Confluence, Jira, Advanced RoadMap in Jira).
Knowledge of the Verisure technology area will be highly valued
Ability to analyse complex problems and develop effective, data-driven solutions.
Strong leadership skills capable of guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
High customer focus and strong commitment to understanding user needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
Comfortable working in dynamic enviroments and adjusting to shifting priorities and business needs.
