WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Talent & Culture Data & AI, you will drive the talent and cultural transformation of the function, fostering an AI-first mindset and ensuring the organization is equipped to attract, develop and retain top Data and AI professionals.


You will design and implement strategic initiatives across talent management, learning, cultural evolution and workforce planning, contributing to position data and AI as key enablers of the Group’s transformation.



We need someone like you to help us on different fronts

  • Lead the definition and implementation of the Data & AI Talent Strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and the People & Culture global roadmap
  • Actively participate in Strategic Workforce Planning, ensuring the right capabilities, roles and talent are in place to meet current and future needs of the function
  • Co-lead the preparation and execution of Talent Review processes, enabling robust succession planning, development strategies and internal mobility within Data & AI
  • Partner with the Group Talent and Learning teams to embed AI-specific career paths, performance frameworks, and succession plans into existing people processes
  • Support in the definition and tracking of key talent and culture KPIs, enabling a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives across Data & AI, fostering a culture where diverse profiles and backgrounds can thrive in tech-centric environments



EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Management, People Strategy, Culture Transformation or similar role
  • Experience in tech-driven environments or working with data, digital or AI functions is a strong plus
  • Prior experience in workforce planning and talent assessment processes is highly value
  • Background in consulting or transformation projects is an advantage



EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Postgraduate or master’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology or similar is a plus



SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of talent, learning and workforce planning proceses
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (C1 or higher)
  • Solid analytical mindset and comfort working with data to support people decisions
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and collaborative tools (Teams, Workday, etc)
