We are seeking a motivated Telesales Consultant (m/f/d) to support our sales team for the French Market and to contribute significantly to the success of the makro.es/marketplace.
What to expect:
You will provide telephone consultation to our key business customers, including restaurants, hotels, and small businesses, regarding our high-quality solutions in the field of commercial kitchen technology. You will have access to inbound calls, allowing you to actively and precisely address our customers' inquiries.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Conducting telephone consultations (inbound calls) to advise on and sell our high-quality commercial kitchen technology products, such as professional appliances for washing, cooking and cooling to our French customers.
- Proactively advising and selling our products and product bundles through outbound calls.
- Creating individual offers, including clarifying details such as availability and conditions, in collaboration with business partners and respective teams.
- Tracking customer inquiries and individual offers until successful completion.
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through regular contact and follow-up calls.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase value for our customers.
- Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the inbound process by sharing expertise and introducing innovative ideas.
You've got
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant and catering industry, or with the corresponding equipment/products in the HoReCa sector
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present yourself in a friendly and professional manner over the phone.
- Ideally experience in sales or customer service in a telephone-based role.
- You are a team player and enjoy contributing your ideas to optimize customer service continuously.
- Affinity for the gastronomy industry and an interest in technical solutions are advantageous.
- Native-level proficiency in French and good English
