This position is part of the Global technical Learning team and designs meaningful learning experiences and creates digital learning content that ensures knowledge transfer for field based jobs. The primary purpose of this role is defining product learning programs building-up practical skills of our field-based employees worldwide. The role designins digital learning content such as video-based tutorials, animations and utilizes multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
Main Tasks
Education: Master Degree, or higher degree in instructional design (preferred), education, marketing, business administration, communications or technology.
If Master's degree is not in instructional design, then post-graduate education in instructional design, learming methodologies or similar is needed.
Additional education in project management or learning content creation.

The role designins digital learning content such as video-based tutorials, animations and utilizes multimedia tools to enhance the learning process.
Main Tasks
- Learning program development: Design and implement engaging learning programs end-to-end for engineering and technical service employees, including roll-out plans, measurement and maintenance.
- Instructional design alignment: Ensure the programs created are aligned with the in-structional methodologies and using needs analysis methods to create meaningful learning experience ensuring knowledge transfer to field-based workers.
- Operational content creation: Graphic design & scripting: Create visually appealing and effective and informative materials, managing multimedia production like animations and video-based tutorials, proficiency in using graphic design tools is a plus. Scripting clear and concise learning content in English.
- Stakeholder management/coordination: Ability to effectively connect and manage communication between various teams including SMEs, animators and business stakeholders for reliable out-comes (stakeholders are located worldwide, in more than 5 countries, across different time zones and cultures.
- Project planning & execution: Manage complex projects using both traditional as well as agile approaches.

Knowledge And Experience
- Experience in instructional design role (5 years)
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
- Project management methodology knowledge and experience.
- Learning technology knowledge:
- Familiar with software used or authoring such as Articulate Storyline and Rise, Adobe Suite eg Adobe After Effects
- Tools delivering learning content e.g. SuccessFactors LMS.
- AI-supported creation tools.
- Video shooting tools and equipment".
- Experience in reporting of learning effectiveness using best demonstrated methods and tools.
- Strong abilities in scripting and creating copy of the learning content is a must for success in this role. Additionally, the role requires leading project teams and leadership skills: connecting animators, technical subject matter experts and business to create content
