We operate 14 land-based aquaculture farms across 5 countries, with a production capacity of over 6,500 tons of turbot and 1,700 tons of sole. Position: Strategic Marketing Director

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in FMCG, a strategic mindset, and a passion for market intelligence, brand positioning, and customer-driven innovation.

Main Objectives

  • Lead market research (trends, products, customers, competitors) and identify business opportunities.
  • Implement a Business Intelligence approach to support strategic planning and operations.
  • Execute the company’s commercial strategy by promoting customer centricity and new product development.
  • Review and optimize the product launch process.
  • Define and lead the company’s internal and external communication strategy.
  • Drive the global brand strategy.
  • Support the development of country-level commercial plans with sales teams.


Candidate Profile

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.
  • Postgraduate studies in Strategic Marketing are a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles within FMCG.
  • Proven experience in:
    • Digital and omnichannel strategy
    • E-commerce and content marketing
    • P&L management and investment optimization
    • Reporting to senior executive/C-level stakeholders
Key Competencies

  • Expertise in Market Insights and Business Intelligence
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and creative thinking
  • High business acumen and value creation mindset
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (other languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Office, CRM, AI productivity tools)
