Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System.
- Lead the planning of project strategies (contracting, risk management, project controls and project execution) and the development of the Project Execution Plan.
- Build and maintain the relationship with the client and other interested parties associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
- Create a quality, HSE-oriented work climate that fosters customer satisfaction and HSE awareness among the project team.
- Identify business opportunities at the tender stage and work with the proposals team to communicate customer requirements, driving their specifications towards standardized product solutions during the tender stage.
- Conduct an in-depth review of the Contract, tender and tender documents, ensuring the Project Team understands the scope of work and supports the Client's needs and objectives.
- Guarantee the achievement or improvement of forecasts.
- Manage and lead the project team, establishing and monitoring performance objectives.
- Contribute to the development of people by interacting with the project and human resources department.

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering. Valuable Master in Project Management.
- At least 10 years of previous experience in engineering project management in the oil and gas sector, chemical plants and/or power plants is essential. Very valuable to have experience on site as a Project Manager.
- Advanced level of English is essential. Other languages such as French and/or German will be considered.
- Availability to travel according to project requirements is essential.
- Excellent understanding of onshore projects, including equipment, operations and services.
- Ability to lead functional project teams and manage critical schedules with the goal of optimizing customer service.
- Flexible schedule and two days of remote work per week.
