Knowledge And Skills

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to drive digital solution adoption.
  • Create stakeholder maps, adoption dashboards, and reports.
  • Oversee adoption journeys and resolve stakeholder issues.
  • Support digital initiatives by ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Define and execute communication strategies aligned with adoption goals.
  • Report progress to relevant structures.
  • Experience in IT and autonomous workload management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technologies.

Specific Expertise

  • CRM practices and tools.
  • SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 (Power Automate, Power Apps, Teams, Dataverse).
  • SharePoint migration experience.
  • JSON manipulation.
  • SQL knowledge.
  • Stakeholder mapping and dashboard tools.
  • Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
  • OAuth2 and OpenID standards.
  • Linux infrastructure (a plus).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (preferred).

Education

  • English (C1) and French (C1) – Mandatory
  • Master’s degree (5 years)
