We’re on the hunt for a Producer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution, capable of transforming concepts into campaigns that leave a mark.

Your challenge & roles:

• Lead & Execute End-to-End Productions
• Manage Budgets, Vendors & Resources
• Drive Operational Flow, Quality & Brand Consistency
  
  

Your responsibilities

• Drive the production of commercial campaigns, brand content, photoshoots (in-house and external), and key marketing moments (e.g. gifting, product launches).
• Coordinate all profiles involved — including photographers, videographers, stylists, models, creatives, and internal teams — ensuring smooth collaboration and clear responsibilities.
• Manage all production logistics: location scouting, permits, transportation, catering, travel coordination, and any on-site needs.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts with external vendors, freelancers, and service providers — securing the best talent while optimizing costs.
• Track budgets and resource allocation across multiple projects, ensuring productions stay on time and within scope.
• Proactively identify partnerships, locations, or resource-sharing opportunities that reduce costs and increase production value.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper for all deliverables — from social edits to campaign films — ensuring they meet Tropicfeel’s brand standards and creative direction.
• Resolve production challenges in real time, removing roadblocks to protect timelines and deliverables.
• Own and manage project tracking through ClickUp (or similar tools) — assigning tasks, maintaining visibility, and ensuring timely execution across stakeholders.
• Maintain structured feedback loops and post-production workflows
• Coordinate product/sample logistics, ensuring all items are prepped, available, and in top condition for each shoot or campaign.
  
  

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience in production
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to challenges
• High attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in a lifestyle, fashion, or consumer brand environment is a plus!
• A sharp eye for aesthetics and an interest in visual storytelling, is a plus!
