Where will you work?
Our client is a company specialising in insurance management, origination and consultancy for leading financial and distribution institutions in Spain. It offers a full range of services related to personal insurance. Leading European company in personal insurance brokerage, with more than 30 years of experience in the sector
You will be in charge of receiving customer calls related to any type of claim, requesting the necessary documentation for its management and providing it to the corresponding departments. You will perform administrative and management tasks, with a commercial focus and direct contact with customers in the German market
You are a good match if:
- You have experience in administrative management (preferably in insurance companies)
- You are a native German speaker
- You have an advanced knowledge of MS office (in particular Excel -proficient level)
- You have the ability to work in a team
- You are a dynamic person with initiative
- You are customer service-oriented
- You have great communication
- You are organized, responsible and results-oriented
