Data Management Engineer Trainee

The candidate may be involved or helping in the following tasks: · Data Model Development: Defining data models / schemas and ingestion pipelines in our R&D LIMS (Laboratory Information Managing System) system · Data Processing Pipelines: Maintain and utilize channels for processing various laboratory data types, focusing on chemical and biochemical assay data into our LIMS and data visualization systems · Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaboration with internal chemical and biological R&D laboratories to understand their data needs, and with IT for data management issues.
