Apply now for this leadership-track role!Job Title: Strategic Sales Operations & Insights LeadDesignation: Strategic Sales Operations & Insights LeadReports to : Head of Global SalesPosition OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and analytical Sales Operations & Insights Lead to work closely with our global sales leadership team.

You will play a vital role in driving high-priority sales initiatives, optimizing the sales funnel, and enabling performance through data-backed decision-making, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.This role requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, operational rigor, and communication excellence in a fast-paced, global work environment.Roles and ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & PerformancePartner with sales leadership to execute strategic priorities and regional initiatives.Monitor sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.Deliver accurate forecasts and insights through weekly dashboards and KPI reports.CRM & Process OptimizationOversee and manage CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), ensuring data quality, consistency, and alignment with business needs.Design and refine lead management and sales funnel workflows to enhance pipeline visibility and conversion.Promote CRM adoption and ensure best practices across regional teams.Develop and maintain global sales playbooks, SOPs, and enablement materials.Support team onboarding, deal support, and consistent sales messaging.Create clear, impactful presentations for strategy meetings, board reviews, and investor sessions.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and trend tracking to guide positioning and outreach strategy.Collaborate with demand generation teams to improve lead quality and targeting.Lead high-impact cross-functional projects with strategic implications and tight timelines.Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or business analysis in a high-growth or tech-driven environment.Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and analytics tools.Strong technical and data literacy—able to interpret, visualize, and communicate insights clearly.Skilled in PowerPoint/Google Slides; confident in crafting executive-ready presentations.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Comfortable working independently and across functions in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.A flexible, collaborative, and results-oriented mindset.What We OfferA leadership-track role in a fast-growing multinational Cloud & ICT company headquartered in the UK.Global exposure across dynamic markets: UK, Spain, Ireland, Morocco, and more.Direct collaboration with world-class partners including Amazon, Microsoft, Google, and Zoom.A progressive, inclusive culture that values innovation, feedback, and growth.Cross-functional learning and leadership development opportunities.Our CommitmentsAt Genese, we believe diversity drives innovation.
