Finance Controller

As a member of the Controlling department, you will play a key role in the financial and strategic analysis of the company, working cross-functionally with various departments Main responsibilities as a Financial Controller: * Preparation and analysis of financial reports: P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Working Capital, and Liquidity * Development and monitoring of the forecast and annual budget in coordination with different departments * Execution of internal reporting for top management (CEO and CFO) * Ad-hoc financial analyses based on business needs * Strategic, operational, and management support responsibilities * Review and analysis of deviations versus budget and forecast * Evaluation of the profitability of different business lines and their impact on the company's EBITDA We offer: * Permanent contract * Full-time position * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:30; Fridays from 9:00 to 15:00 * Flexible compensation options: childcare vouchers, meal vouchers, transportation, health insurance * Competitive salary package * Possibility of remote work.
