The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager in Retail environments to guide and support the implementation of our software product for customers. This role will also serve as a vital link between clients and our operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in successfully onboarding new customers while maintaining ongoing operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive operational excellence.

The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager in Retail environments to guide and support the implementation of our software product for customers. This role will also serve as a vital link between clients and our operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will play a key role in successfully onboarding new customers while maintaining ongoing operations. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and drive operational excellence.
What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Implement a process for our software product for customers, ensuring on-time and successful deployment.
- Work along with the implementation team to ensure that the key deliverables are in place at the required time, while meeting or exceeding the customers’ expectations
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Technology & Infrastructure, PM, and procurement, to ensure that ongoing projects are completed according to plan.
- Respect the processes and procedures to improve implementation efficiency and quality.
- Provide status updates to both internal and external customers, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Follow the project management standards, methodologies, and best practices.
Technically
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related.
- At least 3 years of experience implementing similar projects.
- Strong time with project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, cross-functional teams, and senior management.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello
- English & Spanish, both written and spoken, are required
- Previous experience in the airline or in the catering aviation industry is a plus
- Technical knowledge of SQL, Python is also a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with business presence, adaptability, and resilience
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.
- You are organized and structured with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Travels: This position includes occasional trips
