PagoNxT/Getnet Global Sales team is the engine that drives Multinational customer acquisition and engagement for our Acquiring, Gateway and PSP product across the globe. We cover full commercial value chain, from prospecting to acquisition and activation. We are 100% client oriented with international approach to large corporations, covering their needs in Spain, Portugal and LATAM in a long-term relationship. We are seeking a highly driven and relationship-oriented Partner Management Manager to lead the development and growth of our existing strategic partnerships. This role is focused on farming—maximizing long-term value from current partners by deepening collaboration, uncovering new business opportunities, and aligning strategic goals.
You will play a central role in nurturing high-impact relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction, and unlocking mutual growth potential through structured engagement and value creation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of key partners, with a focus on deepening relationships and driving joint business plans.
- Act as a strategic advisor and primary liaison for partners, understanding their needs, objectives, and pain points.
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Establish structured governance, including regular QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), performance tracking, and joint strategic planning.
- Ensure consistent delivery of value to partners and alignment with their long-term goals.
- Collaborate internally with product, sales, legal, and marketing to deliver partner success and support growth initiatives.
- Monitor partner satisfaction and proactively address any issues that may affect retention or revenue.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize partnership outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in partner account management, strategic partnerships, or customer success, preferably in fintech or SaaS.
- Demonstrated success in growing and expanding existing partnerships.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
