The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, takes pride in their work, and drives the recruitment process with a sense of urgency.
They value diversity and aim to provide an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders.What You Will DoProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for candidates, evaluate skills, and manage interview and offer processes.Act as an advisor to Sales leadership with strong communication skills and a strategic mindset.Maintain data integrity within our ATS Greenhouse.Prioritize building diverse teams and ensuring a fair and equitable candidate experience.Build and manage the candidate pipeline for assigned roles.Support the implementation of strategic recruitment initiatives.The Experience You Bring3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within an in-house Talent Acquisition team.Recent experience in hiring in Barcelona.Experience building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.Passion for providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.Self-driven with a sense of urgency.Strong negotiating and closing skills, especially with complex offers.Process-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented.Proven track record of sourcing and engaging Sales talent.Nice to HaveBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience with Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, Brighthire.Experience in a high-growth tech environment.Experience recruiting Sales positions, ideally in a SaaS organization.Our CultureBe Bold.
