Blue is currently looking for a Data Analyst. This is an entry level position where the ideal candidate is passionate about enabling others to use data to measure and monitor campaign performance. You will work to improve our reporting and dashboarding structure, while supporting our teams to ensure their success.

Blue is currently looking for a Data Analyst. This is an entry level position where the ideal candidate is passionate about enabling others to use data to measure and monitor campaign performance. You will work to improve our reporting and dashboarding structure, while supporting our teams to ensure their success.
Responsibilities
Campaign and performance analysis:
- Analyze full campaign results to assess performance across various metrics.
- Conduct results analysis by category, market, and size to identify trends and insights.
- Create case studies based on campaign performance and insights.
- Forecast revenue and traffic outcomes for campaigns to aid decision-making.
- Analyze campaign commission increases and their impact on overall performance.
- Analyze seasonal trends and their impact on campaign performance.
- Use predictive analytics to forecast campaign outcomes and optimize strategies.
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance metrics, mentioned above.
- Experience with SQL, Phyton and API integration.
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Fluency in English, speaking and writing.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
