We are seeking an Operations Analyst for our Operations team within the Shared Service Centre in Palma.
The purpose of this role is to monitor, support and report on the performance and quality of Opreations with a specific focus on Transfers and the related processes, to optimize the service levels provided to our clients.
Furthermore, to support the users in the applicable destination offices who are responsible for Transfer Management and ensure that they have all relevant information tools and information to effectively set up and manage their operations in an optimized way.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, your main responsibilities will be:
- Advise users in the destinations on the best practices and system functionality related to Transfers
- Work with vehicle tracking applications to ensure that GPS data is available for all services
- Support the IT teams involved in integrations with transfer providers and tour operators
- Monitor and report on the data related to the quality and overall performance of our transfers
- Work with our Business Intelligence team to enhance these reporting tools
- Support colleagues within the Business Workflow team on ad-hoc basis
- Contribute towards the design, development and testing of system enhancements
- University degree in related business fields.
- Experience in analytical roles and / or transfer departments.
- IT affinity and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- High level of English (written and spoken).
- Hands-on, team player; with the ability to build strong working relationships with the stakeholders across different departments.
- Attention to detail; ability to understand relevant aspects of the business.
- Excellent communications skills and proactive attitude.
- Results-oriented and self-organized working style.
