The goal of the Electrical Wind Fleet team is to increase uptime of the fleet and decrease operation and maintenance costs. Responsibilities include: - Root Cause Analysis for fleet level issues - Repair Processes: Repair specifications, repair vendor qualifications, partnering with vendors on new procedures and opportunities - Drive quality, reliability, availability, and safety improvement initiatives using a data driven mindset. Solutions include component and data-analytic (AI) - Remotely support operations teams on difficult turbine specific troubleshoots - Mentor wind fleet site teams on site level quality improvement initiatives WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
